This is an electric motor for a 2006 Mini R50 and the mechanism is stripped. I've bought one on ebay, slightly different, didn't fit, sent it back. Looked closer at all the others on ebay, can't find it anywhere. Been to three different breakers' yards, none of them had any either. Eurocarparts, Caparts4less, none of them stock it either.

Short of bending over for Mini, anyone got any suggestions? I'm at a loss and ready to start pulling my hair out!

Autodoc seem to have them, but only with all the rest of the window regulator attached to it still! Is it not cheaper to replace the whole lot than go to MINI for the specific part?
 
3d printed parts aren't very durable for cogs and gears, plus you have to design the part which can be tricky - so I would advise against it personally.
 
You may be surprised at how reasonable OEM parts can be, Mercedes are often barely more expensive than ECP/CP4L for my E-Class.

This assumes that you ruled them out by default, i used to do the same too until i realised that the difference is often not large.
 
I’d try the dealers first, at the very least they may quote you with the full part number for it.
