help me finish this build please!

these are the bits i already have :-

now i need to finish this build because its for my sons upcoming 14th birthday, and i just havnt got around to finishing it yet.
budget is £250 or a bit more if need be. will be used mainly for games, crysis, far cry 2, stalker ect

Windows Vista group looks ok, something for him to brag to his friends about :p

then again they all look ok the 4870 will last longer though.
 
The 1st group looks the best to me as an overall upgrade but I would get PC2-6400 ram to save on the £'s, doubt you would need the 8500 unless some heavy overclocking takes place?

The last group with the 4870 would probably be a better bet for outright graphics but I would strongly advise you to get 4gb of ram though & maybe Vista 64bit later on or if you can stretch to it then that as well?
