yes, but lets say for example (hard to say as first poster has not give much info):
your stepping is Go and a VID of 1.2v, and princey's is a B3 with a 1.3v VID - using the same settings will likely be not stable, because he will have to use more voltage and that revision is likely to run up hotter.
Then advanced settings like EIST,C1E could be disabled on yours, enabled on his and could cause other stability options.
finally, it has been known that even with identical hardware, using the same overclock on both computers does not mean both will work.
By all means try it, and it could work good. I just want to pass on some of my experiences, and i still think he should read up on the subject first.
