I have the Tuniq Tower 120-LFB CPU Cooler aswell.

i dont really have a clue what to change in bios in regards to voltage and all that bubblegum lol but would really be greatful for some help :)

i thought my cooling was ok ? and at 3hz it was still very cool but i have come across a problem :( and lastnight the pc failed to post and i had to reset to 2.4hz.... so im thinking i need to change the ram timings and voltage as rodo said,... now any advice on settings to use guys!

sorry for late reply, been working lots this week.

drop the memory speed down a notch, set pci-e frequency to 100mhz then boot to windows, download 'intel burn test' and run it
see if it passes (while monitoring temps) if it does you know the clocks stable, (do you want to go higher? if so go back to bios and raise fsb a notch and repeat above till it fails - if it fails try upping vcore a touch and repeat)
if you're happy with 3ghz set memory back to 800 boot back to windows, download orthos and run that for 8hrs :P

ive prob missed stuff out so any probs yell, looking at your VID your chip should easily do 3ghz without any voltage adjustments, but you may want to set you cpu voltage manually to the 1.2875v in bios
