I bought a monitor Hazro and yesterday came to my house.
But I have a problem.
When I connect the monitor to power the red light comes on stand-by.
when I turn the screen lights up for a second and then turns off immediately. the light turns blue and flashes.
This is normal?

I have already opened an RMA with overclockers, but I wanted to be sure not to miss something.

Thank you all for the help!
I connected the monitor to electrical current. without connecting it to the pc and does not turn on;
when the lights turn on the backlight for a moment and then turns off. do not see any writing on the screen of "no video signal".

Then connect the PC via HDMI (with adapter dvi-hdmi) and nothing changes.
Tomorrow I try to connect with a PC that has DVI-D output with the included cable (dual-link).

Let me ask you:

If you turn on the monitor without connecting it to PC, there is some message on the screen, or will remain off with the blue light flashing?
