Help me identify these playstation games.

I'm trying to identify 3 FPS games on the Playstation (the first one).

The first was set in ancient Egypt, it had kinda futuristic weapons though.

The second was a future FPS. You had a single gun that could change modes into different weapons, kinda like the gun in Judge Dred.

The third was a bit of a weird one. It was an FPS but it handled as if you were in a vehicle. The vehicle had different kinds of laser weapons and you were fighting all kinds of alien insects (Not Tunnel B1, although the handling of the vehicle was kinda similar).

Not much to go on I'm afraid, but any help would be appreciated. :)
 
1st sounds like Exhumed, 3rd sounds like Descent.

2nd one sounds familiar, but cant think of a name :/
 
1st one to me sounded like Serious Sam, though no idea if that ever came out on the ps2, chances are it did.

Yes it does and yes it did. It was called Serious Sam: Next Encounter I think.
 
I think i vaguely remeber the 3rd one, it was a release title for the PS1, you were in a mech thingy and could upgrade your suit after each level. The enemies were mainly snake-like aliens. God i loved that game, wish i could remember the name.

Yeah the first is looking very much like Exhumed, and Tenka looks very much like the second one. Great work guys. :D

Third one is definitely not Descent, Descent 1 and 2 are one of my all-time favourite games that I still play today. :)

No this didn't have vertical movement (you were tied to the ground), and the enemies were very much insects, with lots of legs, not robots. It was all very slick looking from what I remember. You were on their world, so it all looked alienesque. It wasn't necessarily a launch title, but it was on one of the first 20 demo disks from Official UK PlayStation Magazine.

Tenka was one of those really good games that has been totally lost from gaming history, took me a fair while to remember the name :p

I was thinking Defcon 5 (shudder) for the last game, but don't think it is.

It's "Shadow Master" from Psygnosis.
