help me im stuck on level, operation flashpoint2

ok so ive destroyed the generator for the fuel depot, gone to extraction point and boarded helicopter, but it doesnt want to leave or do anything.

wat am i missing, why wont it finish level.
mission status tells me to rendezvous with team at extraction point.

help me this is getting frustratiing now.

ok dont know why but i redone mission (twice!!) but managed to keep all my guys alive and mission complete.

had the same thing here, just one of the many bugs in this game.

Make sure you select 'follow me' to your team before you board the chopper otherwise it doesn't always work
