Help me locate a suitable full cover GPU block

I'm in the middle of doing a project and I need help finding a particular full cover water block!

As you guys know most full cover water blocks have the barbs in this orientation:

I however need a block with this orientation:

Ideally a block for either a R290, GTX780 or a 7990...

The XSPC Razor blocks have multiple orientations for barbs. I believe they have 8 different holes. There is a review here with the best picture i could find. Although still not a very good one you can see where the inlet/outlets are.
