Help me lose weight

Hi all, hoping someone can help. Seem to have hit a plateau with my weight loss, currently sitting around 98kg and 6ft. Cannot seem to get my weight any lower, my general work day (mon-fri) looks like the following

7am - 4 eggs scrambled

10.30am - tin of mackerel/mackerel fillet

Noon - Fruit

12.30 - 2 - Gym (Mon, weds, Fri weights. Tue and thurs cardio)

2.30 - Wholemeal pitta with ham and spinach, tin of tuna

6-7pm - dinner (usually chicken with vegetables, generally no or very low carbs)

yeah thats all ill have, weekends are a little different but i still make sure i eat good things.
I have a cup of tea in the morning, a cup of coffee in the afternoon and plenty of water throughout the day. (Currently looking at the 15 cups on my desk)
 
I think it looks like a solid diet you have there. Maybe you could add in 1~2 Protein shakes per day to make it easier to add lean muscle mass, and perhaps avoid eating the egg yolks/or buy Organic eggs.

Also what type of fruits are you eating?
 
Calories in/ calories out. if you expend more calories then you consume you WILL lose weight (notwithstanding a medical condition), but you probably already know this.

I would suggest logging everything you eat. You may be surprised how many calories you are consuming.

I use daily burn (google), which is free. After the novelty of using it for a few days it will get boring, but it is important to stick with it as it will get easier/ quicker. You can also track workouts too and there is also an Iphone app. Fitday and livestrong are other alternatives.
