Hello, Does anyone have access to Mappoint or some GIS software and would be happy to do me a couple of drive-time catchments in northern ireland?
I have mappoint 2004 and it doesn't have the roads for NI (other than motorways and a couple of A roads)
Any help would be much appreciated as I'm a bit stuck!
