Help me O/C my 2180 on DS2R Micro ATX

Havn't done any O/C for a couple of years and finding the bios a little confusing

Would like to try and get my 2180 to 3Ghz

Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB SATA-II 16MB Cache
Crucial Ballistix 2gb PC8500 1066mhz

Its ok had a play and 3Ghz was easy enough

running orthos at the mo temp 58C
10x300 FSB
Mem 3.33 divider at 1000Mhz

Should I change the divider and run the mem higher ?
