Help me oh guru's of the hardware

Hi I'm looking to upgrade in the next couple of months from the rig in my sig but not sure what direction to go i could replace the whole thing or upgrade to a Geforce 280 a new cpu and a water cooling system and overclock it's nuts off

Any advice appreciated thanks in advance

What cooler do you have at the moment for the E6600? You'll be able to squeeze a bit more out of that.

Personally if you're gaming, go for a 4870 or similar. Another 2GB would also be good if you're running Vista 64bit.

I agree with Duke. More RAM and a 4870 would be good.
