Giving android another go before deciding which highest end phone at end of year.
Nice to see setting menu has improved significantly, but struggling to find several things, and massively struggling to get home screen looking decent.
It's Miui, with nova launcher and Voxel icons at the moment.
I like everything I use on a single screen. And like everything to look the same, widgets are all over the place, with each app having totally different look and style.

The widgets aren't designed for nova launch changing number of icons so don't really fit. Any way around this? The first two rows look fine, all nice, same size and square.
Struggling to find a decent weather app, that has a 3day widget, then inside app, has break down per hour and other such things.
Rainalarm app is fine, but the widget is rubbish, why progress bars, rather than just saying ~6km 100% area, 30% intensity.
Looking for a calendar widget that will show next three events and show the colour associated with them.
Fitbit widget is fine, but again needs to have similar style to other widgets.
Also trying to find a rocket launch schedule app that has a widget, the current app is fine but no widget.
Not a fan of notification areas, just want the number or at least like a red dot displayed by the icon, currently this doesn't happen? How do I enable that or what do I need, message, phone, Facebook, email.
How do I get lock screen to have weather forecast, number of new emails, texts, messages, Facebook etc.
Anyway to change translucency of all icons widgets?
Like the look of Glasklart icon pack. but again same issue, very few designs so don't cover most of the apps I have installed.
How do I select what's shown in notification area? Can't find settings for it.
Can't find an amazon video prime app they announced the other week, where you can download movies rather than just stream?
