1.65v

MULTI: 45
4.5ghz
Base clock 100.

LLC high
Offset voltage + 10

So far so good

10 hours ran with Real bench at below settings:

4.5ghz
Xmp
2400mhz
1.65v

LLC high
Offset +10
Cpu PLL 1.65

CPUz reports 1.265v
Real temp 45. Degrees

Just to test with battlefield 4, but I think it's stable. Nt bad volts either!

4.5ghz seems to be stable with above settings. Nice temps and vcore. It could possibly go higher I think.
I think I'll wait on 8packs recommendation so I know what to do next!

hi 8pack.

Will I try a MULTI of 4.8. I'm using offset so I guess I'll have to adjust for the volts.
What would be the max volts I should aim for?

Had similar results as you with 4.5. But then suddenly a couple of days ago my cpu got greedy and instad of 1.312 V it requires 1.365 to run prime stable.

Temps are bit too high though.

Think the 4930 is a quick degrader!!

Lucky enough my 4.5ghz overclock has been stable at 1.265v, I havent had any crashes or issues. My temps are great at the moment. under full load or gaming, I usually get between 40 and 50 degrees. Compared to my last 3770k at 4.5ghz which I got around 65-70 degress, its an improvement!

You probably degraded it by torturing with prime!!! A good chip dont run this Guff!! Tune for everyday use. To get temps down lower VCCSA and VTT. It works and can easy shave 10C off load temps often more.

I havent had any experience in using these 2 voltages as my last board didnt have these. At present they are on auto, do you have a recommendation for these voltages?

Chris

Thanks man.

Ill try that later when I get home. If I am using Offset Voltage, when I raise the multiplier my voltage should raise as well. Isnt that correct? So I would need to add some more +5 increments of voltage to find a stable overclock?
