Help me overclock my CPU

Im going to start reading about CPU overclocking today - I know nothing whatsoever.
May I ask for some advice and a checklist of things to do please?

I want a low, gentle, safe, cautious overclock, which is going to generate no problems.
Im really not interested in pushing to see how much I can get out of it, and want to avoid time consuming trouble-shooting further down the line.

I have an AMD Ryzen 9 3900 12 Core 3.1ghz (4.3 Turbo)
64mb L3 Cache, Pro OC Compatible cpu
(This pro cpu seems to be a power saving cpu, its not a 3900x, the pro seems to be uncommon).

I have a MSI B450 A Pro Max Mobo.
I have a stock cooler which I wont be upgrading for a while.

What could I gently overclock up to, without changing the voltage and without taking any risks, for a bit more speed.

I wanted a quick 15 minute learn-how job, even if only to OC very slightly.
The more I read, the more I realised I dont know anywhere near enough, to just increase the speed a little and leave it.
Im doing other things with my time, and am not up for reading as much as I think is required at the moment.
(So, I left it basically).

Download CTR, download cinebench and extract it to the CB folder...open CTR and click diagnose and it'll do the rest!
 
A friend suggested Ryzen Master (thanks guys for the suggestions here) and... I kept it on Auto OC, went up to a maximum 4450mhz leaving it in Auto OC control mode.
CPU seems to be running a lot higher, around 4.10s all the time

Ive never kept my eye on the CPU temp before. It rises to 85c in initial fps gaming tests.
It says in Ryzen Master there is a Maximum 95 C temperature.

What happens - will the CPU continue to increase its workload until it reaches 80 something, or continue to try harder until it reaches the 95c mark?
Id have thought the former.

I have (stock, pre built machine) a basic one fan water cooled radiator, and was wondering if the CPU would work harder if I upgraded my radiator?
Thanks for the help guys. Had no idea overclocking could be done with one click, thought it was a gruelling and long process.

Using the auto OC, what have I done? Pushed the CPU a little, but not enough to cause any problems, most likely?
 
Honestly the gains you get overclocking maually are not a huge amoun more than using PBO and saving heat and additional power.
 
Is it really worth it ? I know back in the day with Sandybridge etc it made loads of sense as you could essentially go from 3.4ghz to 4.5ghz with ease however these ryzen chips work incredibly well out of the box and unless your chasing cinebench scores I cant really see much point. Good memory with good timings however make a big difference in games.

EDIT - Ah I just re read the post, didn't realise it was the Pro version, in which case you may get some mileage
