At the moment im at 3.72 with 177 x 21 in the bios and speedstep disabled and c1e disabled, i cant find any turbo option. But when i increase it to 178 x 21 it looses 4gb of ram and becomes very unstable.

Also i found cpu voltage at +0.80 stable at 177 x 21 which makes it 1.360 in cpu-z. I can probably lower it a bit though.

According to real temp 2.70 the vid is 1.0875

Also what is the best way to set up my ram which is 1600mhz dominator corsair ram. Doesnt HAVE to run at full speed!

Try a higher BLK with a lower multiple. ie. 19 multiplier and 200 BLK. You should be able to decrease the cpu volts slightly.

Get RealTemp 2.90 its more accurate.

To get access to turbo mode, enable speedstep and go to intel turbo mode configurator but personally I have it off because it overvolts the cpu by 0.1v on top of what you set already. I use +0.140 (1.316v) to get mine to 3.8ghz and from what I've seen the core i7 prefers an odd multi so use 19 x 200.

From what you have, turbo mode is on or else you would't have a multi of 21. What's happening is that with +0.08v you're taking your cpu to 1.23v or so and when turbo mode kicks in, it's overvolting it to 1.360v which might be too high. So just turn it off but leave speedstep on. To change the multi, disable spedstep, set the multi and put it back on.

I cant seem to get anything stable!

I have set multi to 19 and then speedstep on then i disbaled turbo and set +0.140 vcore. 1.34 vtt. 2.0v pll 1.64dram 1/280 qpi and wat ever i change i cant get it stable.

All i can get stable is +0.8 vcore and 177 x 21 (ie. with turbo). Is this ok.
