Help me overclock?

Hello, i bought a brand new system with the thought to overclock it some months ago and still haven't got around to it (Shame on me).

Spec:
Asus P5NE - SLI
Geil dual channel kit - 2gb pc 6400 cas4 (this i think http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-058-GL&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=813)
Seasonic M12 600W
Intel c2d 6600
8800 GTS 640mb
And cpu cooler - Tuniq Tower 120

Can anyone help me with overclocking this? Or point me in the direction of a guide or two. I've never overclocked before (via bios anyway) so i'm a bit of a noober.

Ok, thank you. I'll have a look through that, it's the ram divider that confuses me. But i'll have a look through the bios and see.
