It's a bit curvier on the sides I think, but more obviously, you don't get 8 gig first generation nanos.

Get the 1gb mp3 and video player thats on special for 30 quid. Unless you need more space i dont think its bad for the price.

Between those 3 its easily the ZV:M. Most capacity, best file support and a good price. No brainer for me personally.

I went from a 20gb Zen Touch to the Zen Vision:M 30Gb, I don’t regret it one bit. It’s a fantastic mp3 player.
