Help me pick my components

Hi people
I have a budget of £350 and I need a processor, motherboard and ram.
It will be used for gaming and over clocking.
I already have a corsair PSU and a 560ti graphics card.
I would like at least 2 esata ports and a motherboard from a reputable brand with good cs.
I have been out of the components loop for some time so have no idea about current memory speeds and timings for overclocks but 8 gig would be nice.
Any help much appreciated.

p.s no plans to ever run more than one graphics card.

Thanks for that but I would prefer a board with esata if possible as I have 2 esata external drives.
