Help me play on my 360 again!

Right, I haven't touched or bought a new game since GTA IV on my launch day 360 now and I find myself mostly playing that for a second time running now. To put things in perspective I am bored stupid with it and spend more time using it for watching Xvids and movies :D

Things are so bad that I just purchased GRID...off Steam for some bizarre reason. 20mins later I was wishing I could have sold the thing as I hated the demo and even the full game is dull. I had to buy the 360 receiver unit so I could use my 360s wireless controllers on the PC for Grid and even then I am still bored.

I could have sold Grid had I bought it on the 360...

So is there anything out there? No I don't want the generic shooter Hallo3 :p

I've got most of the older titles, so I need something kinda new'ish and I haven't looked at 360 games in a while. The DMC demo looked good, and big boobehs are a bonus but the camera was shoddy so I'm not sure.
 
I'm in the very same boat, I've bought next to nothing this year. Very bad year for me considering I haven't been interested in GTA. I've been playing old Pc games again like command and conquer Generals.

I've taken to renting just about any old pap.

Just playing through and really enjoying NBA Homecourt right now. A real hidden Gem. Just saw Splinter cell for under £4 pre-owned and tempted to try that.
 
There hasn't been any good games out since GTA4 to be fair. Titles such as Pgr4 and Vega 2 never get old though- always fun to be had online!
 
Call of Duty 4, Gears of War, Battlefield: Bad Company and Dead Rising are a few titles you could look at. The next few months are full of great games to play though: Mercenaries 2, Far Cry 2, Saints Row 2, Fable 2. Loads of 2 games. :p
 
My new favourite has to be Battlefield Bad Company, the game has sat in my drive for nearly 2 weeks now... dominating my 360!

COD4 is also good both these games offer far more depth than Halo 3, that terrible game.

There are bargains to be had lots of game can be had which are slightly older yet offer loads of gamplay and fun, some titles can be had for as little as £10 or even cheaper second hand.

Got Mass Effect 1000/1000 :D
Finished Assasins Creed.

Not much of a fan of Crackdown tbh. The demo did nothing for me and I hate cyborg'ish games where you're powerful right at the start. Granted I'm prolly wrong but I know i'll hate it.

Obvlivion = Superb but got 1200/1200 :D
Bioshock = *** suck :)

I've played a lot of the mentioned games aside from Bad Company, Civ Rev, Geo Wars 2 and Splinter Cell. Seems me and Dannyjo22 are doing the same thing - I've spent the past few weeks on C&C: Kanes Wrath on the PC!

Tbh chaps I might look at Aces Combat as the demo impressed me heaps, and Bad Company. I honestly can't see anything else that I haven't already played.

Yeah seems so, I bought C&C and Kotor for the PC off Gord and then rebuilt my PC.

Ive got some right old tat on my lovefilm list. From Cars/spiderman to vikings in the vain hope I stumble across anything half decent.

Seriously considering re-trying hitman to play in the harder difficulties.

Grid is awesome (can't understand those who don't like it, but hey, each to their own), UEFA 2008 is my current fave. Viking is a laugh. COD4 is worth a look, Battlefield Bad Company is good too. Ace Combat 6 is excellent too, and cheap!

There is so much good stuff out on the 360 it would be a shame to miss out.

I don't agree with those who like Mass Effect and Rainbow Six Vegas 2. I've owned them both and thought both were guff.
 
3 of my favourite games are Mass Effect, Dead Rising and Oblivion so we like (some of) the same games.

Get Lost Odyssey or Blue Dragon.

Or get something you really haven't thought about that will cheer you up. I suggest Amped 3.
