I have a beast of a tower case and with all the hardrives, componets, radiators etc inside it weighs around 50kg (the case weighs 13kg empty!) .

Its a pain when I need to slide it out of its corner in order to do anything with it or even worse to move it to the kitchen for a coolant flush.

So I am after a heavy duty stand/trolley on wheels to go under the case. Its a big case -

CaseLabs MAGNUM SMA8 Case 62.2cm (d) x 33cm (w)

Any ideas or will I have to resort to buying a plank of chunky wood and 4 heavy duty castors and making my own?

Thanks

not cheap but 68x43cm platform, max 120kg

a lot cheaper

neither particularly great to look at, but will save you back from lifting 50kg of pc tower

other option so tower at your level and use other levels to store spare parts

cheapest option is just buy 4 casters online (£10 to £15) and get B&Q to cut some mdf to size for you..i'd prob double up on mdf and stick together with some wood glue or pva if you have some, then paint any colour you want
