Help Me Please?

I have upgraded my computer, and I installed a utility but it crashed my computer and well, Its totaled it i think, but It should be able to recover it.

OK installed the components and got it all working fine,

AMD quad core Black Edition,
MSI K9A2 Platinum
4GB OCZ RAM
Samsung Spinpoint HDD 160 GB x2 Visata on one XP on the other.

I attmpted to install the Dual core center onto it so i could monitor the temperatures on the CPU, but once i restarted it It wouldnt load windows properly, It would let me log in no Issue, but after loggin in and after a few of the services have started it would restart, i started in safe mode and uninstalled it, no issue, but it said some components would have to be removed manualy, I assumed this would stop the restart cycle, but it didnt, and the Dual core optimiser couldnt be removed in safe mode. So i disabled some of the start up items, but this made things worse, as now the network card will not start, its like it has been disabled.

any help would be appreceated.

Do a system restore to a point before you installed the utility (the OS should have created one by default when you installed it).

If all else fails, reinstall windows. It's a pain, but at least your problems will have gone away!

I managed to resolve the issue, I couldnt start the system restore, as the service was stopped. Also I couldnt see anything in Device manager, so with help from a work mate, we discoved that all the services had been disabled, activating them took ages, but resolved the issue.
