Here's a little explanation of my problem: I wanted to get a network media player that i could fit my free hdd to so i could connect my pc to if by wi-fi and access all my media file, unfortunately the one that done all i wanted cost £350.
I've got a spare hdd laying around and my dvd player has a usb connection, now i'd like to know if i get an external hdd case with usb would my dvd player be able to read it. My dvd player is a Philips DVP 5980.
If this is possible which external case should i get.
