Help me remember an old game

Cant remember if it's spectrum/c64/atari based game.

It's basically a 2 player game, karate/ninja type game.

It's got to be around 20 years old, cant for the life of me remember the name of it.

It was stupidly fast and had brilliant hit sound effects. Reminded me of bruce lee style sound effects.

Anyone got any ideas?
 
Dano: it's similar to that... but quicker.. didn't look quite like that either. I can't put my finger on it!

Davey: Definitely not the Way of the Exploding Fist.

I've done a youtube search for it too, still nothing!
 
Watching the video of IK+ on youtube, the fighting is pretty slow, it was definitely 2-3 times quicker for the one I remember.

Looks like theres a speed adjustment in it too, which made me think it was faster, look at top right of the video, says Normal speed! Trying to find a video of it in faster mode :)
 
I need to know a game, Its a game you would find at the Arcade though (+10 years)...

Its a Gun Arcade game.

It involves Ghouls and Ghosts attacking a City, I just remember the intro movie playing over a over while wanting to play it. During the intro a Ghoul face comes up from the bottom of the screen and it would just show them attacking the city and people.

apart from that it must have been a shooter
