help me replace mcafee

hi can anybody help me, I've got mcafee anti virus, firewall and spam killer installed on my pc but am thinking bout replacing them, my pc takes ages to boot up i'm using xp pro.

thats the only software starting on boot

i just removed it and seems a bit quicker
