I am currently using a Tenda Wireless-N300 PCI Adapter with a O2 Wireless Box II and I'm getting terrible performance. I stay on 2/5 bars on the signal strength thing in the bottom right but I've never seen it go down to 1/5 so I would assume it is probably lower. When I turn my PC on it takes a while to connect to the internet (not that long, about 15 seconds) and when it does there is always an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle on the signal strength thing which disapears within a few minutes. It looks like the one I have put next to the title. I am on the other side of the house from the router which obviously doesn't help, but my brothers who are basicly above it also get bad signals. My nat type on my xbox 360 and on my PC on games is always strict. When I play YouTube videos now, it loads up a few seconds and then completely stops and if I click on a part of the timeline that isn't loaded it won't do anything. I don't think there are any solutions for these problems as we have been trying for years so can you please suggest alternative solutions to help me get a good internet connection for once :)

Homeplug could well be your saviour, assuming your wiring is reasonable it should give you a much more stable conection than wireless does. I would always recomend it for a static PC I try and only use wireless for mobile devices.
