Help Me Start Collecting Something

I want to start a collection of something to go in my man cave. I cant think what. I want it to be something geeky like some kind of figures, Star Trek ships or warcraft figures, something like that that can go on display in my man cave basement.

Any ideas?

Think about it, someone comes around sees a collection of figures and asks "oh, I see you really like X" to which you respond "No, I just thought a man cave should have some generic "geek" memorabilia", how do you think people would think of you?
 
Things I have collected in my life

Coins
Stamps
Shells
Comics
Musical instruments [this was unintentional]
CDs
DVDs
Vinyl records

I got a lot of joy out of collecting coins because of the historical connections. Of course the added bonus of collecting things like vinyl records is you get to play them.
 
I though about comics, I think they would look really nice although I could see myself spending fortunes on them. Something I did think of was something like Warcraft Cards or the like, im not sure if they still make them.
 
You could always collect cheap plastic furniture and fill the man cave. Like, crappy garden chairs and tables. Broken legs and bit missing will get you extra street cred points. Or Scott Mills points, depends which you value more.

I can understand this question. You can get into things that you would never think of yourself. Personally, my collecting fix comes when I watch Mrs Edrof's ever-growing handbag and shoe collection expanding.
 
Just display the trophies you keep of your victims/fallen enemies/sexual conquests. Some avid collectors manage to combine all three.

I think that's a start.

Airsoft one, so you can join in and kill the stormtrooper on any balls out gun fight scene.
