Help me to identify these plates

I have these plates that I thought may be worth something. I can't identify the marks on the back. Guessing Japanese but still can't translate what it says.

Any help will be appreciated.

seems legit, these are defo OCUK classic pieces from some time back

Nah, they're missing the cup receptacle in the middle which saucers have.

However, based on careful study, I can say with almost certainty that they're not tectonic plates (I may be wrong, I'm not an expert)

Certainly not occidental tectonic plates at any rate.

Test if they're the real deal by rubbing them on your gums. If your mouth goes a bit numb, they're legit.

If they're genuine then they should be practically unbreakable, drop them from 6' onto a hard floor to test.
