Help me to identify this please?

Hi guys,

I just found this and have no idea what it is, I thought it was some kind of drive cooler but that just wouldn't make sense
It has a standard 3-pin connection to both of the fans (one connection for both)

Does anyone know what it is?

Yeah looks like it is - thanks! Apparently it's only compatible with HyperX T1 RAM
