Help me to improve my processing skills :)

I took this photo a long time ago - I can tell it needs some processing. Give me some pointers please It needs to be made a darker, can see that much... also noisy (being a jpg doesn't help)

- Too much time spare at work nowadays, so I have decided to improve my photo editing skills!
