Help me unfudge my move (Pics inside)

Ok here is the situation,

I recently moved flat with my girlfriend, she has a couple of old IKEA chairs that we took apart, when we came to put them back together we found a piece missing - must have been lost in transit). These chairs are not that expensive however losing things appears to drive my girlfriend into a murderous rage, I was wondering whether ANYONE could help me source a replacement for the following piece of a chair.

if anyone can help I will be eternally gratefull!

Whilst I appreciate the assumption that overclockers was the first place that I looked, I have also emailed IKEA, plan on going down to their Bristol store tomorrow and spent 10 minutes googling.
