Help me upgrade please.

Hello all again, just soom for som advice, im looking to upgrade my PC, which run beside an iMac, tho i like using the Pc for VUE rendering and stuff, but the CPU is old now, and the GPU is dire, but ive never been a gamer, was looking to get second hand bits cause i dont have the money right now, so i list what I have now, and if you could make some recommendations without breaking the bank id appreciate it...cheers .

What's your budget? Are you adverse to overclocking?

Yea been playing about with overclocking for awhile, tho the DS3 made it pretty damn easy.

Not sure on budget, don want or need latest stuff, just what is required to give me a noticable boost, that and running Vista Ultimate.

Kinda out of the Pc loop these days TBH.
