O.k. I have 45Mins everyweek day at the Gym, It is the only time i can put asside for about a year and was wondering what i should do in this 45 mins, I can really do free wieght bench presses as there is hardly anybody at the gym when i go to spot me so i can only use the machines (a wide range of them).

My Goal is to Lose weight mainly but also want to firm up my muscles, I am dieting so don't expect my muscles to grow considerably, I weight in at nearly 22 stone now (after losing some weight over the last couple of weeks) and am only 5'8", I have a good natural muscle structure as well.

Thanks

Quite a few people are posting similar questions in here at the moment. I have decided I will do a 'get fit for summer' thread when I get home from work tonight. It will have 7 days worth of meal plans and exercise for each day. It worked for me, I have only lost 1/2 a stone but dropped nearly 10% bodyfat in two months.

However, 45 mins isn't really enough time to do the routines for each day. My suggestion to you would be do cardio Mon,Wed,Fri and do a full body workout on Tues and Thurs. Keep your diet in check, eat more lean protein than carbs. Avoid sugary drinks and beers and watch the weight drop off.

The plan I will post needs about 1 hour to 1 and a half hours each time in the gym.
