Help me with choosing a 22" monitor

I have made a shortlist of monitors which I need to review and purchase as I have got myself a new build and playing on a 17" monitor is just wrong

So here are the monitors:

Either the samsung or the Benq, they have the better contrast ratio.

For the past 5 years i've always used samsung, the configurations and the aesthetics are top notch and you just get a feeling of overall quality.
