Help me with Hitman: Blood Money

Ok so i've finally got round to playing this after owning it on steam for about a year. I'm really enjoying it and it seems to be a cool game, but I'm having a pretty big problem. I can't get 47 to climb over obstacles.

I gather that it's a scripted thing, and that I am supposed to just walk towards the window/whatever I want to climb through and he'll do it? That worked ok in the first (training) level but in the next level (hideout) it doesn't work. He just mills around in front of it trying to walk into it.

Anyone else had this problem? Is there a way around it?

The game is awesome but I can't play it if I can't fix this

Are you sure the obstacles you are trying to climb over are actually climbable? Not experienced this problem on my machine.

Its not like agent 47 is a professional free-runner!

You have to give him quite obvious obstacles to traverse.

I'm pretty sure the obstacle is supposed to be climbable. As I said it's in the Hideout level (2nd level). You spawn and there are two ways to go - behind you (which ends the level straigh away) and forwards. If you run forwards then the only place to go is over this obstacle.

The level is 100% pointless if the only thinkg you are supposed to do is turn 180 degrees and end it straight away.

The hideout is only a practice level and I think it's only one room?

The first actual mission is A Vintage Year. (Not including the tutorial)

Yeh, just run at them and he climbs automatically from what I remember
