Help me with motherboard an PSU

System will be:

Intel i3 2100
8gb ddr3
HD 6850
3x HDD
1x Crucial M4

For PSU I was thinking Be Quiet L8 530w or L7 630w? They have almost the same price.

Mb maybe Gigabyte H61m-s2pv,...? Something for low budget would be nice.
