help me with my first overclock

hi i was wondering how easy it is to overclock my computer, at the moment im at 2.76 because my motherboard has an automatic overclock setting which i set to 15% but if i set it to 20% it crashes in windows, oh and i've never done overclocking before.

heres my spec

I would say you should see easy 3GHz OC from manual tuning, and better system performance.
With the quality of those components I would expect 3.4GHz to be a good OC, and with the right cooling and some luck maybe as far as 3.6GHz.

Its all about just upping it a little at a time and testing. Dont get to upset if someone else can get more than you, as everything you get over standard is free! Also it all depends on if you got a 'goodun'! And some people are just plain lucky *******!!!!!

Manual setting will give you better FSB speeds giving better overall system speed and enable you to properly set up / OC your ram too.
