No that I have an Oculus Vive, I want to give some of the driving games a go. I am limited for space and dont have enough room for a cockpit.

Can anyone recomend me a decent feed back steering wheel and pedals. I am also considering one of those tuberlar stands, as I dont really want to be bolting it to the desk everytime I use it.

I find it okay when using my G27 on the desk, but if you're looking to not do that, they're also very simple to attach to one of the many stands available. There is also the G29 and G920 available now, but if you're not using it on a console, you might as well get the identical older model which comes with the gear shifter.

Other alternatives are likely to be more costly and I'd only advise you to go for the T500RS and the TH8RS - which would need to be used for your budget, although I'd not go for those unless you're really sure that you're going to get into racing sim games as they're quite expensive.

Thanks, I will take a look at the G920 and how about the GT Omega stand? I see that it folds up for easy storage?

Sorry for late reply - personally have no experience with the product but for the price I'd probably plump for it. Seems to be rated well for its functionality.

I just picked up my G29 today and also ordered the omega gt v.2. But wont get it til tuesday. So if you can wait i will let you know how it goes

I got the GT Omega stand and the Logitech G920. The only issue I seem to have is my S-Line SL4000 Gaming chair rolling around when using the Logitech pedals.

AK Racing do locking castors which will stop you from rolling around, something I completely rely on for this. I'm guessing they'll fit straight into your chair (again, I have no exp as I have an AK Racing chair), but I couldn't use them on my IKEA Markus I had before as they didn't fit.

logitech G27/G29 with a Omega GT v2 is good at your price point.
I have it mayself and its a good reliable setup.

Slight issue folding it away though as you have to detach the gear stick arm and put it back in a different configuration else the frame wont fold as it gets in the way unless you do this.
