Help my friend, hex editor stuff....

Right, long story short, friend deleted a text file she needed. Have found the exact text she deleted using HHD Hex Editor Neo and searching the C drive (it shows the text as still there) but I can't copy and paste that text into a notepad doc or anything, just view it. Anyone know of an hex editor where I can copy and paste the dam text???

Just use Recuva and get the proper file back.

That says the file has been overwritten with temp internet cookies file thingy, BUT can still find and view essay in Hex editor....

I can see the whole flaming essay on this hex editor, just cant copy and paste it into notepad or anything....
