My Gainward bliss AGP7800gs+ has suddenly started refusing to start windows.
It gets right to the windows XP loading screen where the little balls are moving across & then just before it should load the desktop it freezes.
It locked up this morning & the mouse & keyboard would not respond either.
Its not a windows problem as it does it with both of my drives.
Tried it with my old 6800GT & it loads up without problem however, (glad I kept it) reset my bios to defaults also.
The card was one of the 1500 worldwide limited edition with Gainward lifetime warranty from ocUK but I can't find the receipt
as I reckon its less than 18 month old, EDIT: discovered it was last April /May as I refer to my getting it on forums
plays Crysis on mostly high settings no probs.
Any ideas please
