HELP; my IHS fell off

I bought this CPU a while ago, 2nd hand, from an overclocker.

It's a good clocker, and I guess at somepoint they'd removed the IHS and reattached it.

Now im left with 2 options,

I can either reattach it (if so; how do I do this?)

Or could someone tell me how to clean it so i can put a screw down HSF on top of it?

Oh the wonders of IHS falling off, no razor risk!

Im gonna guess its an opty or an x2. To reattach it use silicon sealent, but i wouldnt bother, clean it with some tim cleaner and screw the heatsink on that will fit

Scythe Ninja - Doesn't overhang, mount may need modification to make good contact
