Help my nephew (xbox live problem)

Hi guys

Had my nephew on the phone very upset he is 10 and was playing COD online and says he was playing the zombie thing. Anyway was playing and a guy came on that could fly and had all weapons and such.

Anyway when he came out of it his level in COD had been put to 1 when he was level 36(or somthing like that)

Any idea how he can fix this?

A 10 year old should not be playing rated 18 games. Enough said

lol @ the OMGZ HE'S 10 posts. how about answer his question or hush, its not your place to parent the kid in question.

On topic, Nothing he can do about it unfortunately. I'm suprised this has happened on 360. Happens more often on PS3 versions. But basically its a hack used by another character, can max out your stats or drop them down to 1. Sucks, but unfortunately the damage is done.

Advice for the future would be as soon as you see someone flying around or strange stuff happening, make sure you don't do anything that would gain experience and join another lobby.

I've heard something like this happen on other games, didn't really pay much attention to it as it didn't affect me, but isn't there a way to reverse it? Perhaps contact Microsoft?
