Hey guys,

I really need your help, i was on my desktop with steam running trying to get my headset mic to work with my DGX 5.1, i then installed the latest audio drivers from asus's website, i then restarted my pc and now it wont boot past bios, it says my boot device is not compatible wih CSM.

Here is my spec

Fx8320@stock
Asus crosshair v formula z
2x4gb xms3 1600mhz
Msi r9 290 gaming
Crucial m4 256gb SSD
Asus xonar DGX 5.1

My ssd is no longer showing in bios either.

Whats happened guys?

Update: ok so i left it off for a little while and started it again and its now fine, what could have caused it and is there anything i can do to make sure it wont happen again?

Thanks

CSM is Compatability Support Module check your motherboard manual for its meaning/use.

Suggests it could not boot your SSD or find it.

I was getting similar the other week mate, I run 6 SSD's and my motherboard was having all sorts of odd problems with the bios one second detecting all the drives and then on the next boot none being detected. I removed all drives but the boot and all is fine now.
