Hi, Please help..

The game came out around 98/99.
it was a 3d game where you used a tank or helicopter. Win 98se.
I think it worked better on intel p2

I got images in my head but its not any good for you guys. Sorry.

Most likely G-Police. It was a great 3D game that heavily made use of Pentium 2 MMX optimisations. Iirc you were using a futuristic chopper for most of the time but there were tank bits too.
