HELP need quick advise how to upload score

can anybody help me quickly just ran 3d mark 05 and got 14k on a single core chip, dead happy and want to upload it on the web(orb) but dont know where to go to do it on there do i click on DETAILS, TO EXCEL, or SAVE AS or other things, any help as ive never uploaded one before
 
sorry, worked out how to do it, but the only problem is now that i need to update the program, downloaded it but i will loose my score if i close it, i see i can save it but it becomes a file that you cant then open, its a full version as well, any ideas, or is there a way of opening a saved file that i dont know about
