Hi all,
A few days ago i asked for help because my new ddr2 1066 ram kept crashing, (Original post below)

http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?p=17901996#post17901996

I did everything that you guys suggested, but it still crashes in game, so again i put my old ddr2 800 ram back in and tweeked the timing settings and voltage to suit and all is stable again.

Do I forget about trying to run 2x1gb 1066 and add another 2x1gb Corsair 800sticks with the same timings?

Is 4gb of 800 ram just as good as 2gb 1066 ram?

Thank for all the replies in my last post by the way :)

4 gig will be better than 2, irrespective of speed
you cant have 2 at one speed and 2 at another though, they all have to run at same speed (not sure if this was mentioned previous thread, havent read it, sry) so if youve got 2 @ 800 and 2 @ 1066 youd be running all 4 @ 800 as its safer underclocking than OCing with RAM, the actual speed difference will make very little effect on anything realworld, only benchmarks
