Help Needed, can't get picture on new PC

Hello Old friends

just put together a AMD 6400+ system with a Saphire 4870.
When I power the thing up I can't get any picture on the screen.

I've had a look at the 4870 when it's on and only 3 out of 4 Red LEDs are on at the back of the board?
The LEDs are by the power plugs, is thw board not getting enough volts?
I'm using a 580w Hiper but have a Antec 600w PSU in this PC.

Have you connected the main 24pin & 4 or 8 pin 12v rail to the motherboard and both 6-pin power connections to the graphics card?

I think it requires 2x of the new PCIE 6pin power connections, and the rail needs to supply enough volts itself as well, so, are you sure u got those right ?

I've connected 2 power plugs to the Graphics card.

I've plugged in the big block of pins into the Mobo power and plugged in the little one next to it to completes the whole ATX power socket?

I'm really annoyed, gonna try my Antec 600w Truepower in there.

Got it up and running. Vista is just installing itself now.
Thanks for the help you 2, time to try out 4870 bliss.

Never buying a Hiper PSU again.
