I just finished putting a new system together for a mate and the monitor i got (this one) appears to have a cluster of dead pixels in the bottom right of the screen. There's definitely enough of them that I'd want to send it back and I think my mate will too once he sees it.
I've never had a monitor with dead pixels before and i'm just wondering if there is a standard way of testing a screen to 100% sure they're dead.
My other concern is physically shipping the monitor back to OCUK because afaik most couriers simply insure them.
If anyone has any advice i'd be most grateful.
