I have a problem that I am hoping there is a solution to.
My company has its own domain. We have been using a SaaS service for the last two years that has an integrated email client. They have acted as our email server.
In our contract there is a clause that stipulates that all our data remains our sole property.
They have said they can't export the mailboxes.
I have activesync settings which appear as an exchange server and can be used with my Android phone. I have just moved to the Office365 hosted exchange service. There is a function there to import an exchange mailbox.
I don't have the RPC proxy server settings to enter into the Office365 wizard.
Anyone any advice on how I can get my mail out of the current system?
