Help needed

I have a Dell XPS 17 . I have 8GB @ (2X4096) 1333MHZ DDR3 . I am thinking about upgrading to 16GB from OC , can anyone point me in the right direction please :) I found this memory below

Many laptops use 1333, I dont see the problem really. It largely depends on pricing as to what RAM and what speed of RAM you choose :p
 
If I were you i'd try to find out what voltage/timings/frequency the current memory runs at and match it.

With dell bios you can't alter any of these values rofl.
 
So if i added 16GB would i have to change anything else ie voltage/timings/frequency ?

I dont think you have that kind of flexibility in the BIOS of a Dell laptop. It should automatically configure itself and be fine.
